Role Overview :
As an operations Manager you have to oversees daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing multiple locations : Coordinating operations across different food sites to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Quality control : Ensuring food safety standards and hygiene regulations are met.
- Staff supervision : Hiring, training, and managing employees to optimize performance.
- Inventory and supply chain management : Overseeing stock levels, ordering supplies, and liaising with vendors.
- Budgeting and cost control : Monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Customer service : Addressing customer concerns and ensuring a high-quality dining experience.
- Strategic planning : Developing operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
Prerequisites :
7-10 years of experience in F&B, cloud kitchen, or hospitality operations.Proven track record in scaling operations and managing multi-location teams.Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or related field.
