Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle CPQ Developer to design, configure, and support end-to-end CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Oracle CPQ Cloud (BigMachines), integrating with CRM / ERP systems, and automating complex pricing, quoting, and approval processes.

This role plays a critical part in optimizing the sales process and improving user experience through streamlined CPQ Responsibilities :

Design & Development :

Design, configure, and customize Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions to support business requirements.
Develop Commerce processes, Configuration rules, Pricing logic, and Document Engine templates.
Implement advanced BML (BigMachines Language) scripts to automate and validate business logic.
Customize user interface using JSP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for enhanced UX.

System Integration & Support :

Integrate Oracle CPQ with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle CX) and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, SAP).

Develop and maintain REST / SOAP APIs and web services for system connectivity.

Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ application issues, defects, and performance Optimization :

Automate approval workflows, discounting rules, and quote generation processes.

Streamline product configuration rules to reduce errors and improve quote turnaround time.

Conduct regular system health checks, regression testing, and performance & Documentation :

Collaborate with business stakeholders, sales operations, and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements.

Translate functional requirements into technical solutions and document configuration / customization logic.

Maintain up-to-date system documentation, test cases, and release Technical Skills :

Oracle CPQ Cloud (BigMachines) :

Commerce Process Design

Configuration Rules (Recommended Rules, Constraint Rules)

Pricing Engine (Price Rules, Price Books)

Document Engine (Doc Designer (BigMachines Scripting Language) :

Writing expressions for dynamic field behavior, pricing, and Technologies :

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP

XML / XSL for document & Integration :

REST / SOAP APIs

Integration with Salesforce, Oracle CX Cloud, Oracle EBS, or SAP

Middleware platforms like Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Oracle Integration Cloud Experience :

Understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process

Exposure to CRM platforms (Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud)

ERP systems for order processing and & Platforms :

Oracle CPQ Cloud Admin Console

Version control : Git / Bitbucket

Project Tracking : Jira / ServiceNow / Azure DevOps

Testing Tools : Selenium, Postman, SOAP UI (for integration testing)

Documentation : Confluence, SharePoint, or :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

5- 11 years of hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation and development.

Strong understanding of sales processes and Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical Skills & Certifications :

Oracle CPQ Cloud Certification (Highly Preferred)

Salesforce or Oracle CX integration experience

Agile / Scrum project experience

Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI / CD Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

On-time delivery of CPQ features per sprint or release

Accuracy and performance of pricing and quoting logic

Reduction in quoting errors and approval time

User satisfaction with CPQ tools and workflows

System uptime and response time for CPQ operations
