Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Developer with 8-10 years of expertise in implementing and supporting a combination of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Governance Risk & Compliance (GRM) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Security Operations (SecOps) modules.

The ideal candidate will also possess working experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM), including CMDB and Service Mapping. This contract-to-hire role requires a deep technical understanding of ServiceNow and the ability to design and deliver robust solutions within complex enterprise :

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions within ServiceNow's Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and GRC / IRM (Governance Risk & Compliance / Integrated Risk Management) modules.
• Implement and configure functionalities within the Security Operations (SecOps) suite, including Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).
• Leverage expertise in the IT Operations Management (ITOM) suite, specifically for CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping, to build and maintain accurate service models.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and other platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk managers, security teams, and IT operations to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive testing (unit, integration, UAT support) of all developed solutions to ensure quality, functionality, and adherence to requirements.
• Perform data migration, integration, and synchronization activities between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for existing ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
• Ensure all ServiceNow development adheres to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends, particularly in TPRM, GRC, SecOps, and ITOM.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
