We are looking for a HR Manager to be the heart of our team, someone who will find great talent and make Future Varsity an incredible place to work.

What You'll Do :

Recruit & Onboard : Find and hire brilliant educators and staff for our diverse schools, giving them a warm and engaging welcome.

Champion Our Culture : Develop initiatives that boost morale, celebrate wins, and make our campus a positive, collaborative space.

Foster Growth : Manage performance and development programs to help our team learn, grow, and succeed.

Manage HR Operations : Handle employee relations and compliance to payroll and policies with empathy and efficiency.

An experienced HR pro with 10+ years in a generalist role, skilled in both recruitment and employee engagement.

A natural people-person with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Well-versed with compliance.
