Job Description

As part of the Group Finance team and reporting to the CFO of Sia Partners Group, you will act as a liaison between the head office in France and subsidiaries in 20 different countries. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the company’s commercial performance indicators by Business Unit and by subsidiary (staffing rates, average daily rates, analytical revenue, etc.)
  • Controlling quarterly closings and contributing to the reliability of the Group’s financial data (internal billing, financial flows, EBITDA, etc.)
  • Supporting the consolidation of accounts and participating in the analysis of the Group’s financial results
  • Managing relationships with accountants across the Group’s various entities
  • Assisting in the development and automation of decision-support tools
  • Proposing improvements to existing reporting formats and implementing new tools, particularly for cash flow management
  • Participating in the implementation of new management tools within the Group, and improving procedures and controls

As part of the development of management control within the Group, you may also be involved in cross-functional projects. This list is non-exhaustive and may evolve based on your potential.

Qualifications

  • You hold a degree from a Business School or University, ideally with a specialization in accounting or auditing.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an audit firm. Additional experience in management control or financial control is a plus.
  • Dynamic and detail-oriented, you adapt quickly to new environments.
  • You have strong analytical skills and can prioritize tasks effectively. You are proactive and have successfully led projects.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills.
  • You speak fluent English in a professional setting.
