About the Opportunity :

Own the dialect-specific social media presence for STAGE. Drive user acquisition and foster cultural pride through viral content (reels, memes, shorts, carousels, challenges, creator collaborations).While cultural impact is the key focus area, it is to be delivered with an entertainment first mindset. Remember, entertainment is the core value users should associate with us.

What You Will Be Doing :

Dialect-First Social Strategy : Entertainment In Regional Context

Translate STAGE's cultural brand narrative into regional narratives in an entertaining way.

Be the owner of conversations around titles, driving discoverability.

Determine optimal content formats, frequency, and rationale, informed by creative insight, data & content slate - factoring in both what’s trending & what’s working.

Align weekly plans with content releases, tentpole events, and regional cultural moments.

Platform Execution & AI-First Creation :

Lead content creation using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Pika, Runway, CapCut, etc.).

Publish daily across IG, FB, and YouTube Shorts, balancing volume with cultural relevance.

Develop a rapid, engaging, and culturally astute publishing capability.

Community Building :

Cultivate engagement through comments, DMs, shares, Q&As, and user-generated content (UGC, voiceovers, duets).

Engage both subscribers and prospective users - working with Content Marketing Managers for existing subscribers & Promo Producers for new acquisition.

Establish and expand WhatsApp communities for memes, exclusive previews, reminders, and feedback.

Growth Alignment :

Collaborate with performance marketing to amplify high-performing content.

Support content / title marketing by promoting trailers, artist features, and key dialogues.

Monitor platform analytics (views, shares, watch time, saves, conversion metrics).

Build recurring IPs that meet the - Entertainment In Regional Context - ask. Integrate titles across key recurring social IPs.

Cross-Dialect Intelligence :

Share and adopt best practices from other dialects.

Develop scalable content templates for regional application.

Contribute to the overall STAGE social playbook.

Must-Have Tools & Skills :

5+ years of experience in social media, ideally in entertainment or regional content.

Social media design and editing tools : Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express

AI tools : ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway ML, Firefly,Gemini etc.

Analytics tools : Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights

Cultural fluency in Rajasthani dialect , excellent copywriting skills and ability to independently own the full content lifecycle : ideate → write → design → post → analyze

About The Opportunity Stage is India's first OTT platform for regional dialect content. We create and deliver hyper-local entertainment, ensuring that users connect deeply with culturally rich content. To enhance our product experience and engagement, we are looking for a UX Researcher who can dive deep into understanding our audience and help shape a user-centric product. Role Overview As a UX Researcher at Stage, you will help our teams deeply understand user behavior, needs, and challenges. You will collaborate closely with product designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure a strong, insight-backed approach to solving user and business problems. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, focus groups, usability testing, etc.). Analyze user behavior data, session recordings, heatmaps, and other insights to improve user experience. Build user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps to understand audience pain points. Collaborate with UX / UI designers and product teams to translate research findings into actionable design improvements. Work closely with target audience groups to ensure cultural and linguistic alignment in the UX strategy. Present research findings to stakeholders with clear, data-backed recommendations. Requirements 2+ years of experience in UX research or human-centered design. Strong knowledge of user research methodologies and data analysis. Hands-on experience with research tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, UserTesting, Lookback, etc. Ability to analyze and interpret qualitative & quantitative data effectively. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (regional dialect knowledge is a plus). Experience working in a startup environment, or on ambitious zero-to-one projects in established organizations. Experience in planning and executing end-to-end projects.
