Job Title : AI Engineer – GenAI Location : Gurgaon, India Experience : 2-5 Years

About the Role : We are building a dedicated AI infrastructure team to drive the next phase of innovation in our software development lifecycle (SDLC) using cutting-edge GenAI tools and techniques. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for exploring, developing, and implementing business use cases that leverage large language models (LLMs) and other GenAI technologies. Your work will directly impact our online gaming platforms by enhancing automation, improving processes, and creating a more dynamic technical environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• LLM Use Case Development : Develop and deploy GenAI solutions, with a strong emphasis on large language model (LLM) based use cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement real-world applications and enhancements within the SDLC.
• Infrastructure & Integration : Work closely with the AI infra team to design and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient AI systems. Ensure smooth integration with existing processes and tools
• Research & Innovation : Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI and LLM technologies. Experiment with emerging AI models, evaluate their business potential, and propose innovative solutions to create a significant impact.
• Collaboration & Mentorship : Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to drive AI adoption across the organization. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Performance & Quality Assurance : Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed AI models to ensure solutions meet quality, reliability, and scalability standards
• Documentation & Reporting : Document processes, technical decisions, and learnings. Provide clear communication and regular updates to stakeholders on project progress
