The person will play a pivotal role in securing debt financing both for working capital and project financing, managing project finance initiatives and optimizing opportunities for subsidies and grants at both domestic and global level. The ideal candidate will possess a strong financial background, in depth financial market understanding exceptional analytical skills and ability to navigate complex funding landscapes. Debt Fundraising and evaluate potential debt financing sources including banks, financial institutions and private lenders and execute strategies to secure favourable debt terms and conditions comprehensive debt financing proposals and presentations for potential lenders with banks / Fis towards closure of proposals and ensure all related documentation. Project Finance - financial modelling and analysis for project financing initiatives. with cross-functional teams to structure financial packages for projects. documentation and compliance with project financing agreements and covenants. Subsidy and Grant Management and identify applicable subsidies and grants both at domestic and global level for the company's projects and submit grant applications, ensuring compliance with grant requirements with project teams to maximize the utilization of subsidies and grants. Relationship Management and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, lenders and grant providers with legal and compliance teams to negotiate and finalize funding agreements. Market Research abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and funding opportunities the financial viability of potential projects and their alignment with funding sources. Accountant, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus. Exp in working capital side, exp in trading, hedging, commodities, forex would be a plus. Experience in debt fundraising, project finance, and subsidy / grant management within the manufacturing / clean tech sector. Existing relationship capital across lenders will be a plus financial modelling skills and proficiency in financial analysis tools.
