Technical Architect (Dynamics 365 CRM)

Key Responsibilities :

• Design an end-to-end solution that aligns with business requirements and is scalable.
• Deliver good user experience by ensuring no bottlenecks on performance
• Work with stakeholders / functional team to understand requirements and map them to the functionality in Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Configure and customize CRM to meet specific business requirements, including sales, service, marketing modules and system integration needs.
• Implement best practices for the team.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on using Dynamics 365 CRM wherever required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide support during and after the system implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues post-implementation, ensuring high client satisfaction and system performance.
• Stay updated on the latest product features, upgrades, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
• Document / review SSD (Systems Specification Document), integration document, overall architecture and any other project-related technical documents.
