Technical Project Manager

Job descriptionDefine and track project timelines, risks, and interdependencies Facilitate tech team rituals – sprint planning, grooming, postmortems Create alignment between engineers, product managers, and leadership Document systems, technical scopes, and execution plans clearly Bring predictability and focus to the engineering roadmap Kafka (event-driven systems) PostgreSQL / MongoDB / database migrations Redis Kubernetes / Docker (deployment pipelines) AI / ML workflows (model versioning, latency, integration) Data Science Cloud platforms (Digital Ocean / CloudFlare preferred) GitLab CI / CD , Postman 2+ years as a software engineer or technical contributor before transitioning to TPM / Program Manager / Product Ops / Project Manager roles Proven experience leading technical project delivery across functions Strong written and verbal communication with engineers and product teams Ability to break down complexity into clear milestones and deliverables A bias for action, ownership, and ruthless prioritization Nice to have) B.Tech / BE in Computer Science or equivalent technical foundation

We’re now looking for a Technical Product Manager to help drive key engineering initiatives like cloud migration , infrastructure scaling , and data platform evolution .
What You’ll Do
You’ll lead the execution of high-impact technical initiatives across the org. Your focus will be on clarity, speed, and delivery—not writing code, but making sure the right systems, people, and timelines are in place.
Example initiatives you might drive :
- Cloud & Infra Migrations – e.g. AWS to GCP, DB migrations, sharding, etc.
- Internal Platform Programs – improving developer experience, CI / CD, observability
- Security & Compliance – coordinating security audits, API key management, GDPR / SOC2 basics
- API Lifecycle Programs – aligning engineering and product teams on internal and external APIs
- ML Ops and Data Projects – ensuring pipelines and models are tracked, versioned, and deployed cleanly
