Role Overview :

We are looking for SFDC Project Manager to oversee and drive successful delivery across Salesforce. These roles require strong leadership, execution excellence, and the ability to manage multiple teams while ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for Salesforce.
• Oversee team performance, delivery timelines, and quality benchmarks .
• Collaborate with business, technical, and client teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations , ensuring proactive issue resolution.
• Drive resource planning, utilization, and talent development within delivery teams.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance models, and compliance standards .
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation .

Key Requirements :

✅ 10+ years of experience in IT project / delivery management, preferably in enterprise applications( Salesforce).

✅ Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models .

✅ Experience in stakeholder management at executive and operational levels.

✅ Ability to drive large-scale transformation initiatives .

✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills .

Preferred Qualifications :

➕ Experience with multi-vendor and offshore / onshore delivery models .

➕ Knowledge of cloud-based enterprise applications and digital transformation projects .

➕ Certifications in PMP, Agile, ITIL, or relevant enterprise application domains
