Job Description

Expertise in architecting and building complex, scalable front-end applications.

Deep understanding of JavaScript frameworks like React, with a focus on best practices for performance and maintainability.

Strong experience with client state management & server state management libraries

Collaborate closely with the CTO & other business stakeholders to turn requirements into elegant technical solutions

Curiosity about how things work.

Strong algorithmic & problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.

Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide teams in technical and non-technical aspects.

Practice writing clean, reusable & scalable code, & understanding of various design patterns.

An eye for minor design details and clear understanding of performance and efficiency, proven ability to implement responsive, accessible, and visually appealing designs.

Urge to learn new things & drive for focused milestones based high speed development

Requirements

B.Tech or B.E degree in computer science or allied fields

3+ years of professional frontend experience

Deep understanding of core concepts of JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Hands-on experience of Functional Programming in JS, ES2015+, React, NextJS , NodeJS, Git, Webpack, TDD, Object-oriented JS

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, promises, and event loop.

Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Jest.

Have extensively worked with ReactJS & NextJS

Familiar with how the complete frontend lifecycle works including, module bundler, typescript, deployment, basic NodeJS

Solid understanding of browser rendering behavior, performance tuning, and debugging tools

Requirements

B.Tech or B.E degree in computer science or allied fields 3+ years of professional backend experience Deep expertise in Node.js, with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming and design patterns Solid experience working with MongoDB at scale Proven experience deploying and managing services on AWS (EC2, S3). Strong understanding of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized environments Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs Strong problem-solving skills, debugging practices, and system design abilities Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices Comfort with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and test-driven development Interest in DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE practices (Nice to have)
