Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist with 4+ years of hands-on experience in advanced AI

research and development, specializing in Generative AI, foundational models, and Large

Language Models (LLMs), along with traditional Machine Learning and Deep Learning. This

role is essential in scaling our AI-driven innovation and deploying real-world, production-

grade solutions.

As a senior member of our Data Science team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with

Product, Engineering, and Domain Experts to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven systems

across diverse sectors such as Energy Management, Industrial IoT, Water and Vibration

Monitoring, and Smart Infrastructure. You will be involved across the full AI lifecycle from

data preparation and model development to deployment and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable Generative AI pipelines, including model

fine-tuning, advanced prompt engineering, and seamless application integration.
