Job descriptionDevelop and maintain HR-related dashboards and reports, including training metrics, employee engagement, turnover rates, and other KPIs to track HR and L&D effectiveness. Use data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improving HR processes and learning outcomes. Support the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture. Assist in the design and implementation of organizational development strategies, focusing on leadership development, employee retention, and succession planning. Promote a continuous learning culture by encouraging employees to participate in training programs and career development opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, talent acquisition, and senior management, to align HR and learning strategies with organizational objectives. Post Graduate degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience of 6-9 years in HR Business Partner role, with a solid understanding of business functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modelling, macros, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to partner effectively with stakeholders and influence decision-making. Proven ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
