Role : Corporate Sales Advisor - Employee Wellbeing

Location : Mumbai (Andheri West) | Full-time | On-site

Experience : 1–2 years (B2B, HRTech, or EdTech sales preferred)

What is the Corporate Sales Advisor - Employee Wellbeing Role?

This isn’t your typical calling job . As a Corporate Sales Advisor - Employee Wellbeing at Mentoria, you are the first human touchpoint between Mentoria and the corporate world .

You’ll initiate meaningful conversations with CHROs, Employee Wellbeing heads, L&D heads, DE&I leaders, and Employee Experience SPOCs , and generate qualified meetings for our Business Development team.

This role requires intelligence, empathy, research, and relationship-building not just scripts and spamming.

What you’ll do :

  • Identify, research & qualify HR decision-makers in top Indian companies
  • Run thoughtful, multi-channel outreach via , Email, WhatsApp & Calls
  • Tailor every pitch - no spam, no templates
  • Set up discovery meetings and ensure smooth handovers to the sales team
  • Maintain hygiene and follow-up discipline in Zoho CRM
  • Work closely with the sales manager and content team for outreach campaigns
  • Who We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of B2B inside sales / SDR experience (preferably in EdTech, HRTech, SaaS)
  • Great communicator – confident writing and speaking to CHROs & senior HR leaders
  • Highly organised with a strong sense of follow-through
  • Hands-on with Sales Navigator, Sheets, CRM tools & AI tools for prospecting
  • Smart, curious, and wants to build a career in consultative B2B sales
  • This Role is NOT For You If :

  • You’re looking for a remote or field sales role
  • You prefer high-volume cold calling over quality-first outreach
  • You’re not comfortable working full-time from our Mumbai office
  • You don't have prior B2B sales experience or exposure to HRTech / SaaS / EdTech
