Role overview
You will own P&L management and business growth for AIM’s corporate AI & data training arm (ADaSci). Reporting to the CEO, you will define and execute a strategy that drives revenue, builds enterprise partnerships, and scales our portfolio of instructor-led and digital learning solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own full P&L for ADaSci training business, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing and cost control.
- Develop go-to-market plans to sell AI and data science courses, certifications and custom programs to enterprise clients.
- Lead end-to-end delivery : oversee curriculum design, manage instructor network, select and optimize learning platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders, L&D leaders and technology partners to fuel pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with marketing to position ADaSci as a premier provider of upskilling and reskilling solutions.
- Track key metrics (revenue, margin, utilization, NPS) and implement continuous improvements to maximize profitability.
- Recruit and mentor a high-performing team of sales, program management and content specialists.
Required qualifications
15+ years in corporate training, EdTech or professional services with demonstrable P&L ownership.Proven success selling and scaling AI, data science or technology training solutions to large enterprises.Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, pricing models and profitability levers.Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills with C-level executives.Desired skills
