Role Summary

As a  Senior Full Stack Engineer , you’ll be a core member of our product engineering team, leading the development of scalable web applications across the stack. You will work closely with design, product, and other developers to build performant, maintainable systems. Success in this role means shipping high-quality features consistently, mentoring others, and contributing to system architecture decisions that improve the platform’s reliability and user experience. This role is critical to our growth and directly impacts how users experience our products.

What Success Looks Like

• Delivering well-tested, high-quality features with minimal oversight
• Collaborating effectively across teams to ship impactful product improvements
• Proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks or architectural issues
• Championing best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation
• Helping define engineering standards and mentoring team members
