Job Title : Project Manager

Locations : Lucknow & Noida

Experience Required : 4–6 Years

Company : Modsteel Innovations Pvt. Ltd.

Employment Type : Full-Time

Qualification : B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day operations at the project site, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Plan and oversee project schedules, procurement, manpower, and resource allocation
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor project progress, manage documentation, and provide regular updates to senior management
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory norms, and company protocols
Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues related to construction and coordination
Maintain control over cost and material management to ensure efficiency and accountability

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech or equivalent)

4–6 years of experience in project execution and site management

Strong understanding of construction techniques, steel and modular systems (preferred)

Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning tools

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate across functions

Excellent communication and client-handling capabilities
