Role Profile

• This individual will join a team of high performers with a proven record of executing on the Firm's strategy to deepen client relationships across multiple channels. Team members contribute directly to Firm flows, providing Financial Advisors with lead opportunities that generate Net New Asset growth.
• In this role, you will support the team's reporting and analytics needs, to facilitate strategic discussions with internal stakeholders and senior executives.
• As an associate in the team, (In this role) you will contribute to the strategic discussions with internal stakeholders, help drive alignment on key decisions with partners across the firm, and assist in executing those decisions with efficiency and accuracy
• In this role, you will support the team's reporting and analytics needs, to facilitate strategic discussions with internal stakeholders and senior executives.
• The role will require a person who is capable of statistical modelling, querying data, and quantitative analysis on complex issues to drive key initiatives forward to help rapidly grow our business
• The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of critical thinking, performing analysis, and partnering with other stakeholders to solve complex issues
