About the role :
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Director to lead the end-to-end customer engagement process—particularly during deployment and post-deployment of Ripik’s products. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring a seamless transition from implementation to sustained value realization.
