Quality Assurance Engineer (Odoo Projects)

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong functional & technical understanding of Odoo ERP workflows . You will be responsible for testing custom Odoo developments, integrations, and ensuring overall platform stability across modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Odoo modules (standard and custom).
• Perform functional, UI, regression, integration, and performance testing .
• Verify custom modules, workflows, automated actions, scheduled jobs, and third-party integrations .
• Validate data migration, backups, and system reliability.
• Identify bugs, document defects using tracking tools (Jira / Trello), and work with developers to ensure closure.
• Participate in requirement analysis, provide QA inputs to improve solution quality.
• Support UAT with clients, create user documentation & test reports .
• Ensure best practices for testing in an Odoo environment .
• Help build automated testing scripts (optional) .
