Job Description : Business Operations Manager / Analyst / SpecialistPosition OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Business Operations professional with 8–15 years of experience in managing and optimizing end-to-end operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise from Pharma, E-commerce, or Retail industries, with a proven track record in process excellence, compliance, internal stakeholder management, and P&L ownership. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance operational detail with financial accountability, driving efficiency and growth across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Strategy & ExecutionLead and oversee end-to-end business operations, including supply chain, vendor management, compliance, and customer service.Design and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Align operational workflows with organizational goals and industry best practices.P&L ManagementOwn and manage business unit P&L, ensuring profitability, cost optimization, and revenue growth.Monitor financial performance, prepare variance analyses, and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate with finance teams to align operational decisions with budgetary and financial goals.Data & Performance ManagementAnalyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Build dashboards and reports for KPI tracking, forecasting, and decision-making.Drive ROI-focused initiatives across projects.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements (especially in Pharma and Retail).Establish and monitor quality assurance frameworks.Mitigate operational risks through proactive planning and audits.Internal Stakeholder ManagementAct as a bridge between leadership and operational teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution.Partner with HR, Finance, Marketing, Tech, and Supply Chain teams to drive cross-functional collaboration.Influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.Leadership & People ManagementMentor and manage operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth.Build strong vendor and external stakeholder relationships.QualificationsEducation : Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from top-tier colleges / universities (mandatory).MBA / PGDM from reputed B-schools preferred but not mandatory.Experience : 8–15 years in business operations, process management, or strategy, preferably in Pharma, E-commerce, or Retail.Skills : Strong expertise in process optimization, compliance, and operational excellence.Proven ability in P&L management and financial accountability.Proficiency in ERP systems, data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), and automation platforms.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.Preferred Industry BackgroundPharma : Regulatory compliance, supply chain management, documentation precision.E-commerce : Logistics, vendor management, customer operations, digital workflows.Retail : Inventory optimization, sales operations, multi-channel coordination.Key AttributesStrategic thinker with a process-driven and financially astute mindset.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to balance operational detail with big-picture strategy and financial outcomes.Proven track record of leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering measurable results.
