Qualifications

Experience : 20 Yrs and above

Education : BE Civil or Diploma Civil

CTC : Rs 70,000 - Rs 90,000(Depending up on candidate ability and experience)

Job location : Chennai

Notice Period : 15-30 days

Key Responsibilities

Site Ownership and Execution

• Take full responsibility for the project site, ensuring all tasks are progressing as per the schedule, drawings and quality standards.
• Ensure that 100% completion of work is achieved as per promised target date / Schedule

Scheduling, Planning & Coordination :

Material & Resource Management. :

Vendor, Labour and Consultant Management :
