Role Overview
The Brand Manager will be responsible for building, strengthening, and managing Ratnaafin Capital’s brand across the BFSI ecosystem. The role requires strategic thinking, strong understanding of financial products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The individual will play a key part in enhancing brand visibility, driving market presence, and supporting business growth.
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with Ratnaafin’s business objectives.
- Strengthen the brand’s positioning across MSME lending, microfinance, retail products, and partner ecosystems.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
2. Product & Market Understanding
Understand loan products (Business Loans, Micro-LAP, Consumer Loans, Solar Loans, etc.) to develop clear and relevant communication.Create product-level messaging and value propositions suited for diverse audiences, including MSME customers, rural borrowers, partners, and financial institutions.3. Marketing & Campaign Execution
Lead the planning and execution of ATL / BTL campaigns, industry events, knowledge sessions, and partner meets.Develop marketing materials such as brochures, product decks, branch branding assets, and sales support content.Work closely with internal teams to align campaigns with business priorities.4. Partnership & Ecosystem Engagement
Identify and build partnerships with industry bodies, associations, BFSI platforms, and fintech partners.Drive initiatives that enhance brand credibility, visibility, and stakeholder engagement.5. Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, competitor strategies, and MSME customer behavior.Use insights to refine brand communication, campaign planning, and positioning strategies.6. Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with sales, product, operations, design, and leadership teams to ensure brand alignment and effective execution.Ensure that all external and internal communication adheres to brand guidelines.7. Brand Governance & Quality Control
Oversee adherence to brand standards across branches, digital platforms, and partner channels.Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency in all brand assets and communication.Qualifications & Experience
MBA in Marketing / Branding preferred; candidates with strong BFSI marketing experience may also apply.4–7 years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally in NBFCs, banks, insurance, or fintech.Strong understanding of financial products and customer segments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, work under timelines, and collaborate with diverse teams.Strong analytical and planning skills with attention to detail.
