Finance Executive

A leading company in the import / export industry is looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage financial transactions ensure regulatory compliance and support international trade operations through accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and monitor foreign exchange transactions letters of credit (LCs) and bank guarantees .

Prepare and maintain financial reports cash flow statements and monthly reconciliation .

Coordinate with freight forwarders customs agents and banks for international payment processing .

Ensure compliance with export / import regulations GST TDS and other statutory requirements.

Handle vendor payments invoice verification and account settlements .

Assist in budget planning cost analysis and financial forecasting .

Maintain accurate records of overseas transactions supplier accounts and currency conversions.

Liaise with auditors and finance consultants for annual audits and compliance checks.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Bachelor s degree in Commerce Finance or Accounting.

MBA (Finance) or CA Inter preferred.

2 years of experience in finance roles within import / export or international trade.
