JOB PURPOSE :

We are looking for a S4HANA Product Owner FI-CO with a strong background in Controlling Product Costing and Financial Planning and Analysis who will partner with product stakeholders and customers globally across the organization to develop and lead the product vision strategy features and prioritization across our SAP S / 4HANA and surround system landscape.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Collaborates with product stakeholders (business & technical) to develop and maintain the roadmap including but not limited to product costing controlling and FP&A and drive products and features from concept to launch.
• Provide direction and leadership to a team of Functional Engineers in the FI-CO space with emphasis on product costing controlling and FP&A.
• Business / functional understanding of end-to-end process design of functions in FI-CO and good overall knowledge on controlling and product costing and FP&A and ability to provide recommendations based on industry and leading best practices.
• Establish and execute a strong engagement plan with Global and regional stakeholders.
• Proactively Explores industry trends and advancements for FI-CO focusing on product costing controlling and FP&A to identify new and leading solutions that will significantly impact the achievement of the business objectives and move McCain ahead of the competition.
• Develop partnership relationships with SAP and other our strategic vendors for products in portfolio and participate in RFP processes.
• Support implementation of enhancements to the current S / 4HANA controlling and product costing SAP Analytics Cloud SAP PaPM and Hana Cloud systems and future Datasphere working with 3rd party support team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT and Finance to understand business requirements related to product costing controlling and FP&A and translate them into Digital solutions. Continue to optimize product costing controlling and FP&A that align with companys strategic goals and industry best practices.
• Participate on the S / 4 Hana Global project (The EDGE) to upgrade from SAP ECC to S / 4HANA
• Manage a team of SAP and FP&A professionals globally including hiring training and mentoring team members.
• Collaborate with external partners to stay abreast of new SAP technologies and recommend and implement improvements to the SAP systems.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve system efficiency including identifying and addressing any system-related issues.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies as needed.
• Understand SAP product costing controlling and FP&A modules and configuration to ensure accurate and efficient cost calculations for products and services.
