Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Any Field 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or corporate services industry Proven track record of achieving sales growth and client acquisition Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong business acumen with a customer-first mindset Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an added advantage Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Career growth within an international travel brand Supportive, collaborative, and dynamic work culture Travel perks and professional development opportunities
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients and travel agents
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing B2B accounts
- Develop customized corporate travel solutions for clients (air, hotel, visa, MICE, etc.)
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate closely with operations, ticketing, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Research market trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities to drive growth
