Job description

Channel Growth & Revenue

Drive share gain and sales growth through an optimized Channel Management program. Leverage channels to support strategic initiatives and expand in key segments—Cement, Metals, Mining, Pharma, Food Processing, and Power. Strengthen the opportunity pipeline, onboard effective partners, and drive incremental revenue in line with the Annual Sales Plan. Organize seminars and roadshows with key decision-makers.

Channel Capability Building

Develop training programs, share best practices, and standardize a unified commercial policy across BUs in India and South Asia.

Channel Network Optimization

Assess and refine the channel network to improve time-to-market, service levels, and regional coverage. Optimize partner selection for efficiency.

Financial & Compliance Management

Support CAD team in achieving revenue and working capital goals. Ensure timely AR collections, compliance with agreements, and adherence to company policies.

Channel Strategy & Performance Tracking

Develop a harmonized channel strategy with tiering for cost efficiency. Conduct regular partner reviews, implement APJ SOPs, and track performance through dashboards. Drive secondary sales analytics and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and Field Service teams to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications / Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Master’s in business administration (preferable)
  • Substantial experience in Channel management and Driving initiatives cutting across Divisions
  • Proven experience in sales of life science research / scientific products in relevant market sectors
  • Well organized individual with ability to establish short and long-term business objectives and have a demonstrable record of measuring performance toward those objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills,
  • Ability to influence and work within a matrix organization
  • Min 10+ years’ experience with 10+ years as people manager and leadership roles
  • Frequent travel within the country is required (~ 60% )
