We are exclusive importer and distributor of Airsep / Caire USA brand , Philips and Resmed .We are based at M G ROAD Gurgaon and opening office in Mumbai , Banglore , Kolkata and Chennai.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer multi location like Gurugram , Mumbai , Banglore ,Kolkata , Chennai . The Service Engineer will be responsible for conducting maintenance and repair of medical devices, providing technical support, performing troubleshooting to resolve technical issues, and carrying out field service visits to ensure optimal equipment performance. The role requires working closely with clients to address their technical needs.The candidate have to visit Patient home , dealer office , hospital for repair and installation and any type of complaint .

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and solving technical issues effectively
• Field Service experience in medical devices with a focus on customer interaction and on-site support
• Strong Communication skills to engage with clients and team members
• Expertise in Technical Support and Maintenance & Repair of medical devices
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical challenges
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Biomedical, or a related field
• Relevant experience in cpap , bipap , oxygen concentrator , medical equipment or similar industry is preferred
• immediate joiner will be prefered .
