About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to support our Finance and Operations departments by managing the collection and entry of billing-related documentation. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate invoicing and smooth coordination between operations and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect documents from operations related to shipments (BOL, delivery receipts, proof of charges, invoice from the shipping lines, vendors etc.)
• Verify final charges from vendors, carriers, and internal departments
• Enter payment details and vendor costs accurately into the system
• Organize all billing-related documentation and share with the Accounting team
• Coordinate with the operations team for missing or unclear charges
• Follow internal SOP for invoice and billing processing
• Support team members with timely updates and communication on pending documents or discrepancies
