Senior Product Manager - Payments Platform

MPL is looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Manager - Payments to drive the development and growth of our payment solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of payment technologies, market trends, and customer needs. This role is based out of our Bangalore but remote working with need based travel is available for the right :

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for our payments platform, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Leverage machine learning techniques to enhance fraud detection, customer segmentation, and personalized payment experiences.
• Oversee the development and optimization of global payment systems, ensuring seamless integration and compliance across multiple regions.
• Drive automation across payment processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the payments landscape.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver innovative payment solutions.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and prioritize feature development.
• Ensure all payment products comply with relevant regulations and standards (e. g., PCI-DSS, GDPR).
