Hasley India is known for its viral sketches and web series that mirror the lives, quirks, and chaos of young India.
Now, we're looking for someone who can do the same - but for revenue.
As Head of Revenue, your job is simple : build the business behind the stories.
From pitching brand integrations to packaging content formats, you'll lead all things monetization.
You'll work closely with our creative team to craft campaigns brands want to be a part of - without disrupting the story.
If you know how to sell content, speak brand language, and build material that closes deals - this role is built for you.
Responsibilities :
Build and own the revenue pipeline for Hasley India - from outreach to deal closure.
Create compelling sales material, pitch decks, and brand integration concepts tailored to our content formats.
Pitch directly to brands and agencies for web series sponsorships, branded sketches, and product placements.
Collaborate with the creative team to align brand needs with authentic storytelling.
Manage end-to-end client relationships : from first pitch to campaign delivery.
Forecast monthly revenue targets and maintain consistent deal flow.
Spot opportunities for monetization across YouTube, Instagram, and other formats within the Hasley IP.
Requirements :
4-7 years of experience in digital media sales, branded content, or media partnerships.
Strong network of brand managers, media planners, or agency decision-makers.
Proven ability to pitch, close, and grow branded content deals.
Comfortable working with content creators and respecting storytelling integrity.
Understanding of YouTube and short-form video formats is a must.
Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
