The ideal candidate will have a strong background in controllership, end-to-end bookkeeping, and overseeing financial operations of the APAC region (India, Japan, Korea)

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills to manage our financial team and drive financial excellence across the business unit.

## Key Responsibilities -

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including bookkeeping, and reporting
• Manage the month-end, Quarter end year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements
• Develop and implement financial procedures, and maintain internal controls
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
• Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial partners
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements across the organization
• Own the end to end payroll process and related compliances
