Job descriptionRole Objective : Achieving the budgeted targets of the Electronics Manufacturing Services / Surface Mount Technology business Adhering to statutory compliances, QMS & EHS norms of the manufacturing Unit Developing new business opportunities for Electronics Division Production, Process & Business Development : Plans, organizes and implements all activities of Production, Quality, Maintenance and Despatch for achieving the production targets as defined in the companys annual / monthly plan Ensures all the budgeted targets related to business turnover and profitability for the unit is achieved Develops new business opportunities for Electronics Division Identifies new products / business ideas, makes proposals and seeks timely sanction for the same from the management Identifies and achieves cost reduction in operations by : Optimising consumption of Spares & Consumables Effective utilization of Machinery Effective utilization of Manpower Prepares and submits relevant MIS reports on the Units / Divisions performance to the Management Participates in periodic performance review and variance analysis of the Unit / Division along with other Functional Heads / Management Ensures Product quality in line with industry standards and timely redressal of customer complaints Guides and oversees the functions of R&D-Electronics, SCM / Logistics, Quality and Business Development Identifies and initiates actions on technological upgradation / capacity expansion of existing facilities, as required Ensures maintenance of equipment as per OEM guidelines Ensures all IPC (Interconnectivity & Packaging Electronics Circuits) as required 30 - 35 LPA ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING SERVICES / SURFACE MOUNT TECHNOLOGY Production, Manufacturing & Engineering BE / B.Tech (Electronics) or MTech (Electronics), preferably with MBA (Operations / Marketing)

- Achieving the budgeted targets of the Electronics Manufacturing Services / Surface Mount Technology business
- Adhering to statutory compliances, QMS & EHS norms of the manufacturing Unit
- Developing new business opportunities for products related to Electronics Division
