We are looking for a proactive ORM Executive to strengthen NxtWave’s digital presence, protect brand credibility, and enhance student trust across online platforms.
You’ll monitor brand conversations, address student queries, build positive brand sentiment, and identify strategic engagement opportunities across reviews, forums, and social platforms.

✅ Customer Feedback & Crisis Handling
- Act as first point-of-contact for online queries & reviews
- Respond to student feedback and escalate cases to internal teams
- Maintain consistent brand tone & empathy across platforms
- Manage sensitive concerns with discretion & urgency
✅ Brand Reputation & Community Building
Build and engage communities on Reddit, Quora & LinkedInParticipate in relevant discussions to boost brand credibilityManage Google Business reviews across multiple locationsIdentify advocates, success stories & influencer opportunities✅ Monitoring, Reporting & Insights
Track daily brand mentions, sentiment, and reputation risksUse listening tools (Brand24, Mention, Google Alerts, etc.)Prepare weekly insights reports with actionable suggestionsSpot trends, recurring issues & reputational opportunities📌 What We’re Looking For
