IIB Developer - App Connect Enterprise

We are looking for a skilled IIB / App Connect Enterprise (ACE) Developer with 4-6 years of experience in IBM Integration Bus (IIB) versions 9.0, 10.0, Client App Connect V11.0, and WebSphere MQ. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions using IIB / ACE and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in API and web services, security implementation, and messaging technologies, with hands-on experience in development and support roles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain integration flows using IBM Integration Bus (IIB) 9.0, 10.0, and App Connect Enterprise (ACE) V11.
• Develop and troubleshoot message translation and communication issues between backend systems, handling JSON to SOAP and SOAP to JSON transformations.
• Implement and maintain secure integrations using various security protocols such as Mutual Authentication, Basic Authentication, SSO, SAML, encryption / decryption, and digital signature verification.
• Work with Web services and API technologies, including RESTful APIs and microservice design patterns.
• Utilize XML and related technologies (XPath, XQuery, XSLT, RegEx) for message transformation and validation.
• Develop and support SOAP / REST-based web services and ensure their smooth integration with enterprise systems.
• Use DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Azure DevOps for CI / CD pipelines and version control.
• Understand and apply HTTP / HTTPS protocols, headers, request / response handling, HTTP status codes, and CRUD operations in API communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of integration solutions.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for integration solutions, resolving production issues efficiently.
• Adapt to changing project priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cloud (SaaS) integration is a plus.
• Maintain clear documentation and provide knowledge transfer as needed.
