Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with key business stakeholders to gather and document product requirements, conduct market research, and assist in translating business needs into functional specifications. You will also create screen mockups, break down tasks for sprint planning, and contribute to the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :
Requirement Gathering & Documentation :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders (Founder, Product managers, Developers, Designers, and end-users) to gather and document product requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and user needs.
- Assist in creating detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
Functional Documentation & Mockups :
Draft clear and concise user stories, use cases, and process flows.Create wireframes / screen mockups (using tools like Balsamiq, Figma, or Sketch) to visualize product features.Ensure documentation aligns with business objectives and technical feasibility.Agile & Sprint Planning Support :
Break down product requirements into actionable tasks for sprint planning.Assist in backlog grooming, prioritization, and refinement sessions.Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Stakeholder Communication :
Act as a liaison between business teams and development teams to clarify requirements.Present findings and recommendations to senior team members.Continuous Learning & Improvement :
Stay updated on industry best practices in business analysis and agile methodologies.Seek feedback and refine documentation and processes.Qualifications & Skills :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.Familiarity with wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch) is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.Preferred (But Not Required) :
Prior internship or coursework in business analysis, product management, or software development.Exposure to JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.What You’ll Gain :
