Candidate Profile :

Looking for Dynamic individuals with robust academic background, significant industry exposure, and a proven ability to foster international collaborations. This position is aimed at enhancing our department's academic and research excellence while strengthening ties with global institutions.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Masters in Psychology with UGC NET or Ph.D. in Psychology with minimum 3 years of academic experience, well networked with industry & academia
• Previous leadership roles in academic or professional settings
• Ability to secure and manage research funding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global academic and industry partners
