Technical Communication Specialist

What you'll do :

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly materials while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance documentation quality and efficiency.
• Design documentation that caters to various audiences, including developers, data scientists, and non-technical end-users while ensuring clarity, conciseness, and ease of understanding
• Create, edit, and maintain a wide range of documentation including user guides, API documentation, how-to articles, SOPs, release notes, Product launch-overviews, and internal technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements and complex technical concepts into digestible user facing documents that can be clearly understood by Business and Operational stakeholders
• Develop and implement documentation standards, templates, and best practices with the use of AI centered tools to ensure consistency and quality.
• Review, analyze and manage artifacts on Confluence to ensure information on related Zelis Products, Services, and Technologies is relevant and complies with Zelis and industry standards.
• Contribute to product design and usability discussions to ensure clarity and consistency in UI / UX language.
• Structure and organize information effectively so that end users and AI systems can easily access and process content for enhanced search and retrieval.
• Facilitate broader communications and create centralized content for Product related updates (i.E., town halls, executive updates).
• Work with tools such as Confluence, Git, DITA, or other CMS and documentation platforms.
