Role Overview :

We are looking for freelance technical recruiters to join our distributed Talent Acquisition Network and support ongoing hiring needs across cloud, AI, DevOps, and software engineering domains. This role is ideal for independent recruiters, staffing agents, or boutique firms seeking recurring contract placement opportunities in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and engage IT professionals (cloud engineers, DevOps, AI / ML engineers, data engineers, security consultants, full-stack developers, etc.)
• Work closely with iVedha’s Talent Factory POD leads to understand project-based consultant needs
• Manage candidate pipeline using iVedha’s talent systems (e.g., ATS / CRM or spreadsheet tracking)
• Conduct initial technical and behavioral assessments to validate fit
• Support offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
• Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and collaborate with internal teams
