Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Abroad Student Counselor, located in Kochi. The counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students seeking to study abroad, including university selection, application process, and career counseling. Daily tasks involve one-on-one counseling sessions, addressing student queries, providing detailed information about various educational institutes and requirements, and assisting with application paperwork. The counselor will ensure a seamless and supportive experience for all students.

Qualifications

• Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge and experience in the Education sector
• Ability to provide empathetic and effective support to students
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
• Experience in educational consultancy or counseling is an advantage
