About the Role :

We’re looking for a proactive and well-connected Founder’s Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to make the right connections happen. You’ll be the bridge between the founder and the world — ensuring her presence in the right events, panels, collaborations, and conversations .

What You’ll Do :

Identify and secure opportunities for the founder to speak, collaborate, and network across media, events, and thought-leadership platforms.

Build and nurture relationships with PR agencies, media houses, influencers, and event organizers .

Manage the founder’s calendar, appearances, and commitments strategically.

Research and pitch the founder for interviews, podcasts, award nominations, and panels .

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of external collaborations.

Who You Are :

4–7 years of experience in PR, influencer management, or founder’s office roles .

Strong professional network within media, PR, and industry circles .

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

A go-getter with high ownership and organizational skills.

Based in Mumbai and open to working from office .
