About Us :

Anabio Technologies is a deep science startup with a mission to scale Sustainability with 2 business verticals, consumer goods and life sciences. Founded in 2017 in a garage in Hartford, Connecticut, USA, and relocated to Bangalore, India in 2018.

Consumer Goods Vertical : After 7 years of research, we have developed a flushable and biodegradable sanitary pad. Here their technology eliminates the need for disposal and processing of used pads. And will be launching our D2C brand in the next 6 months.

Life Sciences vertical : Under this vertical we recently acquired a Swiss biotech company called, Microbe Investigations Switzerland (MIS) : MIS specialize in Bacteriology, Virology and Entomology (insects) assays. With these assays, we help global companies from over 75 countries develop and / or test antibacterial and antiviral chemistries.

Job Overview :

The Content Manager will be responsible for creating a D2C brand from the ground up. This will involve overseeing the development, curation, and management of high-quality content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content strategy, creation, and distribution, as well as experience managing teams and projects. You will work closely with our product team to ensure that all content aligns with our brand message and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to engage and grow our audience.
  • Analyze culture, community, media, and market trends based on learner personas and different regions of coverage to make informed and creative decisions to develop content.
  • Lead a team of content creators, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Create, edit, and manage content for multiple channels, including blogs, social media, websites, email campaigns, and more.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create content that supports business objectives and product launches.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and reflects our brands voice and tone.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt strategies to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in consumer goods, cosmetics, and D2C brand building.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to work independently, including regularly identifying and seeking out new opportunities.
  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
