Software Engineer

We’re seeking a Back End Engineer with experience in Go and Python to help scale our infrastructure and data services.What You’ll DoA passion for building scalable AI agentsBuild scalable back-end services using Go and PythonDesign and deploy containerized microservices using KubernetesOptimize graph database queries and models in Neo4jCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Clinical OpsDevelop and maintain well-tested APIs with clear documentationParticipate in Agile sprint cycles, code reviews, and product planningContribute to CI / CD workflows in a cloud-native (GCP) environmentRequired Experience : 3 to 10+ years of backend development experience working at a product-based companyEducation : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) and M.Tech / M.E. from IIT, NIT, or equivalent top-tier institution.Strong hands-on experience with Go OR PythonExperience with Databases as a programmer, i.e., Neo4j, MongoDB, SQL, etcProficient with API development and testing (REST or GraphQL)Bonus Points ForFamiliarity with React.js or frontend collaborationExperience with CI / CD & GCPA mindset of ownership , speed, and high-quality delivery in a startup settingThis role requires that you have 3 + years of experience working with SaaS Products.
