Position : B2B Lead or Manager Strategic Partnerships or Corporate Required : 3 - 4 years in B2B, Corporate Relationship Manager, Key Account Management (KAM), and team HSR Sector 6, Bengaluru, Type : Timings : Monday to Friday 11-8 pm and Saturday : half day and Sunday : week Us : We are an exceptional group of highly skilled individuals, passionate about addressing a fundamental challenge within the education industry. The candidate should have strong negotiation, problem solving and decision making skills to be able to work around any situation and come with an outcome which is in the best interest of our organization. As this is a lead position, the ideal candidate should have leadership and management skills along with emotional intelligence to guide the team to be able to come up with outcomes, for the betterment of our & Responsibilities :

  • Lead & Manage Team : Lead and mentor a team of KAMs and Placement Associates, driving successful learner placements and ensuring team alignment with goals.
  • Client Acquisition & Growth : Acquire new clients (companies with relevant tech stacks) and develop long-term partnerships to drive consistent business growth.
  • Relationship Building & Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and delivering value.
  • Learner-Client Matching : Map learners to appropriate roles in client organizations based on their skills and client requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management : Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Pipeline Monitoring & Follow-Up : Monitor and track the placement pipelines of learners, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful conversions.
  • Customer Service & Market Analysis : Provide exceptional customer service, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies for better outcomes.
  • Reporting & Data Insights : Provide regular reports on placement activities and share data-driven insights with senior Experience : 3+ years in. B2B KAM and client acquisition with 2+ year exp in team leading
  • Skills : Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
