Working Hours : 1.00 PM - 10.00 PM (IST)
What You’ll Do :
- The incumbent in this role will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts and assist with variance analysis. Support in month-end close processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with Irish GAAP.
- Will assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Support budget holders with financial insight and performance tracking.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulations. Contribute to audits and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the Financial Analyst to ensure financial data is effectively analysed and utilised in decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with other departments in the business to gather insights.
- Maintain and improve internal financial controls and processes. Assist in finance system improvements and date integrity initiatives.
What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is required.Minimum 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a similar accounting role.Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (e.g. Sage, Xero, or equivalent).Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.A proactive and hands-on attitude with a willingness to grow.Note : This is work from office only.
