Technical recruiter is responsible for managing a high-volume and diverse portfolio of client hiring needs across multiple industries. This role requires exceptional multitasking, communication, and organizational skills to source, screen, and successfully place qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities

1. High-Volume Sourcing and Screening

• Source candidates across various domains and skill sets using job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and the agency’s internal database.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviews (telephonic, virtual, or in-person) to evaluate technical, functional, and behavioral fit.
• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring accurate and updated data in the recruitment CRM or ATS.
• Align sourcing efforts with client hiring priorities and deadlines.
