What you'll do

• Run and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation
• Build custom audiences, retargeting flows & conversion funnels
• Collaborate on creatives and ad copy to boost performance
• Track key metrics (CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and optimize daily
• Set up pixels, events, custom conversions & UTMs
• Conduct A / B tests to refine audiences and creatives
• Share clear weekly insights and performance reports
