Role : Learning & Development (L&D)
We are seeking a proactive and energetic candidate with strong facilitation, training, and program management skills to enhance our learning culture across corporate & field.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and evaluate learning programs across functions
- Conduct behavioral, functional, and compliance training sessions
- Drive training calendars, attendance, feedback, and assessments
- Coordinate with external trainers, institutes, and vendors
- Identify capability gaps and create targeted development interventions
- Support onboarding & induction programs
- Maintain LMS / training MIS and ensure documentation compliance
