Associate / Manager – Treasury Planning & Regulatory Liquidity (Finance)
Location : Mumbai (Powai) | Full-time | 5–6 Years of Experience
We are hiring a Finance professional with strong expertise in Treasury Reporting and Liquidity Analytics to join our Global Treasury Planning & Regulatory team. This is a high-visibility role supporting key regulatory deliverables, liquidity stress testing, internal funding strategy, and oversight across global jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, assurance (internal / external audit), and liquidity regulations (Basel III – LCR, NSFR) with experience working in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute Basel III regulatory liquidity reporting (LCR / NSFR) submissions for global regulators (e.g., JFSA, MAS, PRA, EBA, BaFin).
- Analyze, monitor, and report liquidity under the firm's internal Liquidity Stress Model and Asset Liability Mismatch (ALM) framework.
- Drive reporting control enhancements and build governance around liquidity and capital reporting .
- Collaborate across global Treasury teams to provide insight into key liquidity metrics and support decision-making for senior committees (e.g., ALCO).
- Contribute to the implementation of regulatory changes and continuous process improvements.
- Partner with Finance, Risk, and IT teams to enhance reporting tools and develop robust liquidity calculation engines.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives spanning funding, liquidity planning, and regulatory transformation.
- Engage in rotation opportunities within Treasury for broader skill development.
- Support training and succession planning across the team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Background :
5–6 years of experience in Treasury, Liquidity Reporting, or Financial Assurance within Investment Banking or Global Financial Institutions.Solid grounding in Internal Audit, External Audit, or Oversight of financial / regulatory reporting.Experience in regulatory reporting or liquidity oversight for large institutions is mandatory .Qualifications :
CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute.Professional certifications such as CFA or FRM are a plus.Prior Big 4 / Big 6 audit experience is desirable.Technical Skills :
Strong command over Advanced Excel , PowerPoint, and Word.Experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.Exposure to macros or automation in reporting processes is an advantage.Mindset & Traits :
